The knife maker

To me the knife is a way of expression. Since 1980 I have attached importance to form, design and the personal expression in the knife. Throughout the years I have won several prizes in Danish as well as Scandinavian contests.

 

 

„Michael West is one of the significant Danish knife makers. He works a lot wit lines and shapes and he have find he's own way of knife making. The knives from Michaels hand is almost organic in the shapes, with very good lines. This is combined with very good craftsmanship and perfectionism in even the smallest details.

Michael West is always working to find new solutions for ways to make the perfect knife .
